Credentials

Dr. Sebastian Bergeron holds a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and is licensed to practice chiropractic in the State of Illinois. He holds certification in acupuncture. He is not a licensed acupuncturist; acupuncture services are provided under the scope of his chiropractic license and certification as permitted by Illinois law.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system (powered by Jane) or by contacting our office directly.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

Specific cancellation policies for membership patients are outlined in the membership agreement provided at the time of enrollment.

Membership Programs

Nord Ro Clinic offers membership-based care plans with recurring monthly billing. Membership terms, including pricing, visit allocations, cancellation policies, rollover rules, and pause options, are detailed in the membership agreement that each member signs at the time of enrollment.

Membership fees are billed monthly via auto-debit. All memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Full membership terms are available upon request and are provided to all members prior to enrollment.

Pricing and Payment

We strive to be transparent about our pricing. Current pricing for services and memberships is available on our website and upon request. Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated to existing members with at least 30 days' notice.

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and select insurance plans (currently BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Optum, and VA Healthcare). A sliding-scale Community Care program is available for patients experiencing financial hardship. Insurance coverage varies by plan; patients are responsible for understanding their own benefits, copays, and deductibles.

Nord Ro Clinic is not responsible for verifying your insurance benefits. While we make every effort to provide accurate estimates, the final determination of coverage is made by your insurance carrier. You are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance.
