What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Accessibility Adjustments on This Site
We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use.

Declaration of Partial Compliance With the Standard Due to Third-Party Content
The accessibility of certain pages on the site depend on contents that do not belong to Nord Ro Clinic, and instead belong to third-party services. These include our online booking system (Jane), embedded scheduling tools, and any external forms or widgets. We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for pages containing these elements.
Accessibility Arrangements in the Organization
Nord Ro Clinic is located at 5015 N Paulina St, Suite 345, Chicago, IL 60640, in the Andersonville neighborhood.

Building entrance: The building entrance is step free and has automatic doors.

Elevator access: The building has elevator access to our floor.

Treatment rooms: Our chiropractic treatment room has a doorway and interior space that comfortably accommodates wheelchairs and mobility devices. Our acupuncture treatment room is not ADA-accessible; however, acupuncture treatments can be provided in the chiropractic treatment room upon request.

Flooring: Smooth and level throughout the suite with no raised thresholds.

Door hardware: Interior doors use standard twist knobs rather than lever-style handles. Patients who have difficulty with twist knobs are welcome to let us know — we are happy to assist with doors upon arrival.

Treatment tables: Our adjusting table is a standard fixed-height chiropractic table. Patients who require assistance transferring from a wheelchair or mobility device to the table are welcome to let us know in advance so we can prepare to help.

Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are available in the building.

Parking: Street parking is available on Paulina St and surrounding streets, and there is a nearby parking lot. Marked accessible parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the building.

Public transit: Approximately a 15-minute walk from the Argyle Red Line station. The 22 Clark bus stops 2 blocks away, and the 50 Damen bus stops at Foster & Ashland, 3 blocks south.
