Refund Policy

Appointments and Single Visits

All services rendered are non-refundable. Payment is due at the time of service. If you are dissatisfied with your care, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns.

If Nord Ro Clinic cancels or reschedules your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund for any prepaid amount, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Insurance-Based Visits

For patients using insurance, any refund of overpayment or credit resulting from insurance processing will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If your insurance carrier pays more than expected for a visit where you also made a copay or payment, we will apply the credit to your account or issue a refund upon request.

Nord Ro Clinic is not responsible for claims denied by your insurance carrier. Patients are responsible for understanding their own benefits, copays, and deductibles. Any balance not covered by insurance is the patient's responsibility.
