We've Moved — And We're Exactly Where We're Supposed to Be

Something feels right about Andersonville.

Maybe it's the energy of a neighborhood that has always made space for people who don't quite fit the mold. Maybe it's the Scandinavian influence, the independent storefronts and locally owned small businesses, or the neighbors who really talk to each other. Maybe it's the fact that within a few blocks of our new clinic, you can find a feminist bookstore, a queer cocktail bar, and some of the best food in the city.

Whatever it is — Nord Ro Clinic has officially moved to 5015 N Paulina St, Suite 345, Chicago IL 60640, and we are so glad to be here!

What's New (Besides the Address)

The move to Andersonville isn't just a change of scenery. It comes with a few big updates we want to make sure our community knows about:

We now accept VA Healthcare. Starting March 11, 2026, Nord Ro Clinic is credentialed to see patients with VA Community Care benefits. If you're a veteran in Uptown, Andersonville, or anywhere on the North Side — your chiropractic and acupuncture care may be fully covered.

We now accept United Healthcare and Optum. Also, effective March 11, we're in-network with United Healthcare and Optum, in addition to our existing coverage through BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna.

We also have new extended hours — including early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments — because we know life doesn't always fit a 9-to-5 schedule.

What Stays Exactly the Same

The care. The values. The commitment to making every person who walks through our door feel genuinely seen and safe.

Nord Ro Clinic has always been built on the belief that healing happens best when you feel truly at home in the room. That means care that honors your pronouns, your body, your history, and your identity — without you having to explain yourself or brace for a misstep. That doesn't change because our zip code did.

We still offer chiropractic, acupuncture, physiotherapy, and lifestyle medicine. We're still LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. We still offer reasonable self-pay rates for patients who are uninsured or underinsured — because access to good care shouldn't depend on your insurance card.

Finding Us

We're located at 5015 N Paulina St, Suite 345. The closest Red Line stop is Argyle, about a 15-minute walk east. We're also just 2 blocks from the 22 Clark bus and 3 blocks south of the 50 Damen bus at Foster and Ashland — so getting here without a car is very doable. There is a parking lot conveniently located across from our entrance, and street parking is also available in the on Paulina and surrounding streets.

Our hours are Monday through Wednesday 7:30am to 7pm, Thursday 7:30am to 2pm, Friday 10am to 7pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
