Insurance we accept

We currently accept most employer-sponsored plans from these providers:

What you owe

What you owe is determined by your insurance plan. There are two types of costs.

Nord Ro Clinic (copays) and External Service (x-rays and labs)

1

Nord Ro Clinic Costs

Most of our services will fall under different costs, according to the details of your insurance plan.

Your insurance plan will likely require one of the following:

  • Pay a flat copay

  • Pay a percentage of the visit cost

  • Pay the full visit cost until a certain amount is met before paying a copay

INSURANCE EXAMPLE

If you come in as a new patient for a Chiropractic Treatment, and we bill your insurance $260 for this service.

Insurance
Plan A

Has a $30 copay for
your visits

You pay
$30

in a bill at the time of your appointment

Insurance
Plan B

Has a 30% coinsurance
for your visits

You pay
$79.50

in a bill at the time of your appointment

Insurance
Plan C

Pay in full until $2,000 is met, then pay copay

You pay
$260

in a bill after your appointment
(if the $2,000 is not met)

2

External service costs

Labs and Imaging are billed separately by our trusted partners. Their contracts with insurers are separate from Nord Ro, and additionly may add an interpretation fee.

You may receive bills from those services depending on your coverage.

A note about insurance coverage

Your insurance plan may place limits on the care you receive — including caps on the number of visits allowed per year, restrictions on which therapies can be used for a specific condition, or requirements that certain treatments be approved before we can proceed. In some cases, your insurer may limit or define aspects of your treatment plan regardless of our clinical recommendations.

We always advocate for the care we believe you need. If your plan's limitations affect your treatment, we'll talk through your options together so that cost is never the only factor in your care.
